William N. Bennett, Jr.
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Bill joined CBS in 1984, following positions as President of Data Systems, Inc. and Territory Manager for Burroughs Corporation. He has more than 25 years of sales and management experience in computer software and services. Bill has an MBA and B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Christopher E. Dill
Director of Database Management
Chris joined CBS in 1994 and serves as the Technology Project Manager for all statewide database projects, and develops software for business applications. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Southwestern State University.

Lucius W. Penn
Senior Systems Analyst
In 1992, Lu joined CBS with responsibility for all facets of computer system and data communications for commercial and government systems, including networking operations, software design, and development and generation. He holds a Ph.D. in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Wade E. Stevenson
Accounting Manager
Wade has responsibility for all internal accounting procedures and processes. He has practiced public accounting as a C.P.A. since 1967, serving as principal of an Atlanta-based firm for 24 years. Wade holds a B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University. He joined CBS in 2001.
